We are very experienced trades business owners and we know where to apply value to get the best results both for your business and you personally.
With Recharge, you won’t be charged for making phone calls and emails to us. We encourage communication as we want to grow your business with you. All of this is factored into your fixed price package so you know up front what to expect and you won’t be dealt any nasty surprises!
Scheduled meetings will all be part of the package, and you get a solid bi-monthly report on your business performance throughout the year with advice and recommendations.
We can also happily take care of any additional entities such as trusts.

Tier 1: Tradies Package
This is our standard package which is $5,400+GST per year. This works out to $450+GST per month and we facilitate this payment through a direct debit via GoCardless so there is no need to pay a monthly invoice.
Our Tier 1 Tradies Package includes:
- Quarterly Profit and Loss Video Report with commentary from Ben. We provide you with comparisons to previous months in terms of your total sales, gross profit margin and net profit margin. We also make comparisons to the same period from previous years if available. Ben will provide suggestions or advice where he sees fit. The idea here is we catch any red flags before they escalate, and we deal with them through effective strategies.
- Provisional Tax analysis throughout the year to ensure you are paying the right amount of tax and reduce the likelihood of getting a terminal tax bill.
- Annual Reporting and Tax Returns
- Access to Tess for emails and calls regarding Accounting questions.
- Meeting to review your annual financials. This can be in person if you are in Taranaki, or via Zoom/Microsoft Teams if you are out of the region.
Tier 2: Tradies Package
This is our combined package which is $10,800+GST per year. This works out to $900+GST per month and we facilitate this payment through a direct debit via GoCardless so there is no need to pay a monthly invoice.
Our Tier 2 Tradies Package includes:

- Quarterly Business Advisory sessions with Ben, with catch ups in between. We send out a quarterly survey to identify areas that you need to address and work on. We then investigate these areas of your business in depth and provide ideas, content and strategies to move forward. This fee includes all prep work for the meetings. If you are out of the region and wish to have face to face meetings, additional costs may apply for travel and accommodation.
- Goal setting and 90-day action planning.

If you are a client of Recharge Group, we will happily take care of all your other entities such as Trusts, Property Companies and the like. These will be priced subject to a consultation so we can establish the level of accounting you require.
