How does it all work?

Great question and an important one! First of all, we have a 1:1 consultation call or in person meeting which is completely free. This is an informal chat where we learn a bit about each other and how we both tick. It is important to establish that we are compatible and will be able to work together. Our job is to identify that there are areas of your business that we can definitely help with. A return on your investment is one of our top priorities and this will usually be achieved within the first few months if executed well. The other major factor in whether we decide to work together is that the client has the drive, motivation and ability to put in the hard yards. We work with go-getters, people who aren’t afraid to get stuck in and grab the bull by the horns.

If we mutually agree that we are a good fit, then we do all the paperwork and we get stuck in.

What does our first session look like?

Our first session together is a big one. We comb over every aspect of your business, and we identify all of the pain points and areas that need improvement. We do a full financial and systems analysis of your business and then we create a strategic coaching plan for the next 12 months. We build a solid business plan with goals and targets for the next 12 months as well as a 3-year and 5-year plan. We then tailor our coaching plan to suit and we smash these goals together over the next 12 months.

How often do we catch up?

We provide regular meetings every few weeks (zoom or in person) with endless phone and email support, as well as brilliantly designed and proven content. If you are a local Taranaki business then you will see Ben face to face at least every six weeks, the other meeting in between being a zoom meeting or a face/face, whichever you prefer. You have full access to Ben’s content, brain and resources. Think of it as employing your own business advisor as a sidekick on tap. Ben will work hard for you, and satisfaction is guaranteed. One thing we also welcome, is bringing your management team along to relevant meetings. There is a lot of merit in having your staff involved.

We provide you with the support you need, and we do not overwhelm you with irrelevant content and tasks/goals if they are not necessary. We identify a pain point, and we solve it before moving on to the next. If you are from out of the Taranaki province, we are more than happy to factor in scheduled face-to-face visits and this is all tailored into your package in our proposal after our initial consultation.

If you are from out of the Taranaki Province, we don’t mind travelling at all and this will be factored into the program. Once we have had our consultation meeting, we will propose a program to suit your specific needs to maximise the return on your investment with us.

We welcome and encourage you to travel to us here in the beautiful Taranaki once a quarter. We can even put you up in our beautiful farm stay house where we host our wellness retreats.
